I like your bookdisplay. Books looks so inviting to kids when they are put out like that within thier reach with covers showing.

This is gorgeous! The book display is beautiful and your room looks so cozy. Perfect for teaching your little one. :)
What a wonderful space! I'd love a couch in our school room but the current room does not have enough space.
Looks like a big, friendly space! We just started using our dining room and I am slowly getting school stuff for the walls in there.
Wow! Love the book display!
WWWWOOOOWWWW! What a great room!
Wow. Parts of it look like it came right out of a children's library! A beautiful school room. Thank you for sharing on the NOT Back-to-School blog hop.

Like everyone else, I'm thinking "WOW!". Sweet room. Um, can I borrow your hubby to make me one of those shelving units? Mine is handy challenged.
I love all of the books. You can never have too many books.
I found you over at hip homeschool moms blog hop.
We're getting organized for school too over at waddlee-ah-chaa. But we don't have a homeschool room we have a homeschool house / closet. I'm sharing organization ideas for small spaces. You should come share some of your ideas! Have a great year in that wonderful room!
I am LOVING your school room...Wow! My blog is only a couple of months old as well. I would be happy to follow you! :) Happy schooling!!

jam packed room full of learning, great for any number of kids! have a wonderful school year.
Wow! Awesome space and I love that large white board!
Colorful! And full of books! I, too, like the book display...have you read Jim Trelease's book called the Read Aloud Handbook? He says to display books like that so kids will pick them up to read them. How fun!
Love the book shelf! Your room is awesome!
Love your room! I am browsing around looking for ideas for our space. Love your book displays!
I love that book display, and the smart board is going to be a lot of fun, too. My boys think that smart boards are the best! I hope you have lots of fun and blessings in this great school room.
Hello there,
I am a little late getting around to all the homeschool rooms :)
I saw yours and I got kind of excited...is your school room a converted garage?
My husband and I just decided that we were going to convert our garage and move the school room out of the dining room.
Did you do anything to your floor...i.e. did you have to raise it up to match the doorway into the house...ours has a two step difference in height from the floor of the garage to the floor of our house...
What do you do for heat in the Winter time? Did you bring in a duct from your house? Is there anything you would do differently?
Thank you so much for posting your pictures!!
